In mid-July of this year, I received a DUI in Collier County, the Bail Bondsman recommended that I contact Landon Miller. Mr. Miller is a brilliant lawyer who is beyond capable as a law practitioner. I hired Mr. Miller for an injunction order filed by a vicious estranged ex-partner who defaulted the legal system by accusing me as a child-abuser toward my one and only child. Landon is a GREAT attorney. He's managed to put me on a payment plan because i couldn't afford a large lump sum, like most of the attorneys here in SWFL that i've delt with, after we discussed and reviewed my case in his office for freeeee. I used Landon Miller for a DUI 2nd offense within 5 years. The state would not budge on a plea agreement. Minimums for a 2nd DUI are 10 days in jail, big fines, interlock ignition, probation, 5 year license suspension, etc. We had no option except to go to trial. Landon was excellent in the jury ...selection process throughout closing arguments. He was able to quickly rebut every one of the States witnesses. He has an exceptional ability to speak in front of a jury. After my trial, it only took the jury 20 minutes to deliberate a not guilty verdict.
