William Justin Cottrell

W. Justin Cottrell is the managing partner, and founder, of Cottrell Law & Title Group. After graduating from the University of Central Florida in Orlando in 2002, Justin moved to Atlanta after accepting a position for KPMG, a top accounting firm. A year later, Justin moved to Fort Lauderdale, to attend law school at Nova Southeastern University Law Center.

After earning his Juris Doctor in 2006, Justin continued his post-graduate education and obtained his Master of Law degree (L.L.M.) in taxation from the University of Alabama-School of Law, while working for a real estate firm in Atlanta.

In 2007, Justin moved to Naples, where he borrowed some office space from his father's accounting firm, and put his credentials to work providing quality legal services for Southwest Florida. Throughout the years, Justin has accomplished growth in both his law practice and reputation within Lee and Collier Counties. With license to practice in the State of Florida, U.S. Tax Court, U.S. District Court, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, Florida Middle and Southern District Bankrupcy Courts, his practice focuses primarily on Real Estate, Civil Litigation, Bankruptcy, Short Sales, and all areas of Consumer Representation.

Justin has always been an active community participant, as a member of busy organizations, such as: Young Professionals of Naples, Bonita Springs Chamber of Commerce, Bonita Springs-Estero Area Realtors, Naples Area Board of Realtors, and the Southwest Florida Bankruptcy Professionals Association.

Furthermore, Justin's professional credentials are easily verified through organizations such as: the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney's, the American Bar Association, and the Southwest Florida Bankruptcy Professional's Association.
