Biography
Elizabeth "Beth" holds an AV Preeminent rating assigned by Martindale Hubbell in both ethics and ability. She is a Cum Laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law 1997 and a Magna Cum Laude Graduate in Psychology from University of South Florida 1994, which has been a great asset to her practice of family was named to the USA Today's Best & Brightest Students; and was featureed on a cover article in the Wall Street Journal on May 7, 1994. She is a Member of the Harvard negotiation project; and is a Supreme Court Certified Family mediator.
She was a partner with the pretigious firm of Conroy Simberg, et. al. before starting her own private practice in 2007. Currently the managing partner of Family Mediation & Dispute Resolution, Inc. Concentrating on family mediations and family conflict resolution mediations as well as managing The Law Offices of Elizabeth Wolt, PA with practice dedicated to a low volume of cases and providing excellent personal service. Stepparent Adoption
