Superb corporate attorney for small business
Meredith has been my company's attorney for nearly 5 years. We have had some very challenging legal issues, and she has provided valuable insights, recommendations, and guidance. She has been responsive, quickly, to our every legal need including an active case out of state, corporate restructuring issues, a rogue employee case, and day-to-day operations / contracts concerns. Notably, her billing has never been a surprise; we are thrilled with the results and value. Meredith has gained our trust and she operates at the highest ethical standards.
