Greg Champeau assisted me through the Chapter 7 legal process. Starting with the free initial consultation he was very clear as to what was needed and explained what would happen at each step of the way. Based upon my experience now, I would not recommend anyone go through this process on their own... just due to the paperwork and legal complexities involved. My Chapter 7 discharge was received just five months from my initial consultation....much sooner than I expected. What I appreciated most about Greg was his responsiveness. He answered every e-mail, answered every question and took every call I made to his office. Greg is polite and pleasant and conducts himself in a professional manner. We were tremendously blessed to be referred to Mr. Champeau in 2017. My personal experience is that most Attorneys do not follow the oath which they made to the Florida Bar to practice law. Regrettably, we came to find out that not all Attorneys adhere to the pledge they made. Assure first that he or she is honest and honorable, that he has your best interest in mind and not their own. You can entrust your case to Mr. Champeau, your cause, and truly enter into rest, because he will genuinely care about you. I can assure, you will not be just a ‘number or a deal’, but a person who needs help to navigate through the law and assure you rights are not violated."

I met with Gregory Champeau after meeting with other Bankruptcy Attorneys and upon doing so, I immediately was impressed by his knowledge and professionalism and wanted him to represent me. As difficult as bankruptcy could be, the process was as seamless and as painless as possible due to his exte...nsive experience. Now that the bankruptcy is discharged, he is still more than willing to answer any of my questions and be there for me. I would definitely recommend Mr. Champeau to anyone considering bankruptcy.
