Josh came referred to me from numerous people. When I first met him and his assistant Jackie, he was as straight forward as one can be. Basically telling me what I needed to hear, not what I wanted to hear. Nothing was sugar coated or downplayed. It was reminder throughout the entire process of ...how serious this was.
