Morris, Dupont helped my wife and I escape from a financial disaster. We were underwater on our home and some income properties that we had purchased. With banks calling and sending letters we found Morris, Dupont by listening to their radio show. They truly did a great job getting us out from und...er and not incurring any fuzzy charges. We modified our home, which we couldn't get the bank to do on our own. I would highly recommend them.

Over the last three years I some financial issues. I owned three investment properties and my home. Ultimately I was unable to get the banks to help modify any mortgages, even though I had a great history with each bank. Out of frustration, I contacted Morris & DuPont and spoke w/ Chae DuPont. Wh...ile I was very skeptical, I allowed her to try to do what I could not get done w/ the bank. Even though I lost the investment homes, I was not hit w/ any shortages. With one property, the bank actually paid us over $10,000 just to get the keys. My home was also under water financially and the bank had refused to modify it. Morris & DuPont negotiated a modified mortgage which ended up dropping my monthly payment. They also negotiated a $90K 2nd mortgage to about $15K. GREAT ATTORNEY I am so happy and really appreciate the work Chae DuPont has done for me and my family. Our home was in foreclosure and no-one could help us. The bank would not even speak to us,, we were on a paper trail for 1.5 years before we met Chae. The bank kept giving us the run around, we ha...d gone to Naca and HUD and even wrote to Senator Rubio about a modification, but got no help. Chae had a lot of knowledge in the foreclosure area and got the modification done , as we were in tears, to us it was just a miracle, we had almost given up.
