Adam Charles Kerlek

Adam is a Florida Bar Board Certified Wills, Trusts and Estates Lawyer, concentrating his practice on complex estate planning and wealth transfer, probate and trust administration, and business planning for closely held-businesses and charitable tax exempt organizations. He works with his clients and their unique situations to minimize taxes and preserves assets for multiple generations in ways that are practical and comfortable for his clients and their families. Adam has experience in dealing with high net worth individuals, families with special needs beneficiaries and substance abuse issues, blended families, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, same sex couples and unique or hard to manage assets (including business, real estate and qualified retirement assets).

Adam also assists individual and corporate personal representatives, executors and trustees in administering probate and trust estates, including advising his clients on post-mortem tax planning and estate tax returns, handling controversies with beneficiaries and creditors, will and trust contests and modifications, accounting and compensation disputes and federal tax audits.
