Amazing attorney

We are so grateful to the Mantoni Law Firm. Not only for their knowledge but the manner in which they conduct their business. My husband and I are property managers for an old family friend and we had a Tennant that paid his rent on time for years but in the past year had become intolerable to everyone around, making lives of the owner, property managers and neighbors miserable. Jennifer was excellent from our first meeting to completion and the Tennant was gone, gone, gone. Her fees are reasonable, she is not only smart but an expert in her field and personable on top of it all. If ever needed, this is the attorney for us.

Professional, knowledgeable, effective and pleasant.

We retained Jennifer to deal with a tenant default in Florida. She was very well versed in the subject (as you would expect). Communication was friendly, quick, and concise. Jennifer laid out multiple approaches to the case with pros and cons for each, as well as her recommendation as to our course of action. We achieved what our objective, quickly, without drama for either us or the tenant. Fees were very reasonable. Transactions including document signing all handled electronically - very easy. Although I hope I don't have to do this frequently, if the need arises I would absolutely use Jennifer's services again. Highly recommended.

Excellent Attorney

Recently in a mortgage foreclosure against my Mother and Sister's estate, I was worried that the plaintiff was coming after me personally. Ms. Mantoni helped resolve this matter to my complete satisfaction. She is the most professional attorney I've ever retained. She is the most excellent attorney I've ever placed my trust with. Honest, Knowledgeable and Trustworthy

Jennifer did a excellent job in our landlord/tenant mediation. She Is professional, she listened, she communicated with us on everything, she was very knowledgeable and honest in what direction we needed to go. Our end result was no litigation (exactly what we wanted) the nonsense ended at mediation. Very pleased that we retained Jennifer and would highly recommend her.

Landlord issues

I lived in Florida for a bit and had to move back to Massachusetts. I had paid my landlord for a year in advance and he never returned my deposit or the months paid in advance after multiple attempts to obtain this. I reached out to Jennifer and she was AMAZING. She acted swiftly and worked with me to handle this the best way possible as I am 1500 miles away. She was attentive and very thorough. She got this resolved for me in a little under 3 weeks and I received my money. I don’t know what I would have done without hiring her as my lawyer. I highly recommend Jennifer if you want someone that will fight for you and get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.

Highy Recommended

Jennifer is one of those rare people you run across ever once in a while. Professionalism , and knowledge is expected of an attorney but she has that extra quality that makes dealing with the difficult issues she solves for me most pleasurable. I give a problem to her and I get back a resolution. No muss no fuss and without me having to worry or spend my time making sure it gets done. Along the way while solving my problem she keeps me informed to the level I expect which is more than I can say of many attorneys. Her billing estimates are always spot on and she always delivers more than expected. Once, and only once, and it was my staffs mistake not Jennifer's, there was an issue with a title. I discovered it and when I asked Jennifer to fix it she put it at the head of her tasks and even though it was my fault, not hers, she refused to accept any payment for the resolution. Wow! Don't find this level of service everywhere. I highly recommend Ms. Mantoni.

Excellent Legal Advice and Representation

Attorney Jennifer Mantoni represented me in a landlord-tenant dispute and termination. She communicated with me within 24 hours of my initial contact to discuss the 2 issues in dispute with my landlord. She was specific on every detail of how to proceed and what paperwork was needed. The hourly rate was clearly explained at this time. Attorney Mantoni was always professional and I always felt that she was on my side in the dispute. She is very easy to talk to and is a great listener. She stayed in full contact with my landlord so that I could avoid contact with them. She was friendly but strong in dealing with the landlord. She provided great legal advice and suggestions for my part in the action. I believe I would have been charged an unfair amount of exit fees from the property management company, if not for the representation of Attorney Mantoni.

Mobile home/ RV park owner

Jennifer helped me remove a troublesome tenant who was never late on rent payments but was making life miserable for the rest of my tenants. She provided excellent service and advice and is worth her weight in gold! She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to mobile home park and RV park law.

Cost effective, efficient and caring

As soon as I contacted Jennifer she was very clear about what I needed to do, how she could help and what actions to avoid in removing an abusive and delinquent tenant from my property. I was very concerned about cost having already lost more than I could afford from non payment but I have no question that she saved me much more in the end by hiring her when I did. She was very straightforward and some points were hard to hear at times but she was extremely empathetic to my situation and obviously knowledgeable about the best course of action. I was terrified that I would end up paying for a lawyer who would take as much as I had lost but her goal was a quick resolution at the least impact to us financially and for that I could not be more grateful.
