We are so grateful to the Mantoni Law Firm. Not only for their knowledge but the manner in which they conduct their business. My husband and I are property managers for an old family friend and we had a Tennant that paid his rent on time for years but in the past year had become intolerable to ever...yone around, making lives of the owner, property managers and neighbors miserable. We retained Jennifer to deal with a tenant default in Florida. She was very well versed in the subject (as you would expect). Communication was friendly, quick, and concise. Jennifer laid out multiple approaches to the case with pros and cons for each, as well as her recommendation as to our course... of action. We achieved what our objective, quickly, without drama for either us or the tenant. Fees were very reasonable. Transactions including document signing all handled electronically - very easy. Although I hope I don't have to do this frequently, if the need arises I would absolutely use Jennifer's services again. Highly recommended.

Recently in a mortgage foreclosure against my Mother and Sister's estate, I was worried that the plaintiff was coming after me personally. Jennifer did a excellent job in our landlord/tenant mediation.
