Attorney Jennifer Mantoni represented me in a landlord-tenant dispute and termination. She is very easy to talk to and is a great listener. She stayed in full contact with my landlord so that I could avoid contact with them. She was friendly but strong in dealing with the landlord. She provided great legal advice and suggestions for my part in the action. I believe I would have been charged an unfair amount of exit fees from the property management company, if not for the representation of Attorney Mantoni.

As soon as I contacted Jennifer she was very clear about what I needed to do, how she could help and what actions to avoid in removing an abusive and delinquent tenant from my property.
