Stefanie responds back to all emails and phone calls so quickly and explains everything so thoroughly that I never felt the need that my questions were not answered. *Waste of time and money!* I met with Brian and his wife, the middle of 2018, to prepare estate planning documents for me. After I received the initial documents, I called back with questions. I was told Brian's time was very valuable, he was reluctant to call me back, but he would. I was assured... that my documents could very easily be modified if need be in the future. To sign the final documents, I took time off work, drove to Punta Gorda, and had to wait 30-45; apparently, my time is not valuable! Recently I reached out to them to make a few name changes (a simple word document ‘find and replace’). I was originally told that I would have to drive 3 hours to Punta Gorda (I recently moved to Fort Lauderdale) to sign the new documents and they didn't know how much it would cost because it was a “major” change (again... a simple word document ‘find and replace’). Then Brian left me a lengthy message telling me to Google estate planning and have my paperwork completely redone. They couldn’t help me make the simple word document ‘find and replace’ changes and especially since I had moved to Fort Lauderdale. Apparently, in the day and age of everything being done online, emailed, notarized, scanned, etc.; they will not and cannot accommodate. Now, I have unusable estate planning documents and I have to have everything completely redone. An absolute waste of time and money! I was assured they could make changes for me in the future. Had I known I had to stay within a 15-mile radius of Punt Gorda and/or simple changes would be considered too much; I NEVER would have gone to them.

We recently utilized the services of Tippen Law Firm for estate planning. Bryan was extremely responsive to any questions which arose, and did a wonderful job of explaining the nuances in the law in a way that was clear and concise. All fees were discussed up front, and all of our documents were comp...leted in an agreed-upon time. Every step of the process was clearly communicated by phone and email.

My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the level of service delivered by Bryan and his team. There are a few criteria that we assessed when choosing a lawyer and Bryan and his team exceeded our expectations. A) Availability - Bryan always made himself available via phone or email when we need...ed advice. Other firms required the scheduling of formal meetings just to talk with the attorney.. B) Professionalism - Bryan is extremely competent, and especially in the matter of Probate law. He has a deep understanding of the proceedings of the court and the mechanics of the law. He was very patient in explaining technical things to us over phone and email to educate and enable us to make informed decisions. C) Transparent - the firm was completely transparent in their pricing and fees. We found that other firms had complex pricing schemes and hidden fees but Bryan and team were completely transparent in their pricing. D) Results focused - the strategy and outcomes that were discussed in my first discussion with Bryan were executed to a T. Our case was pretty complex and the goal going into probate was to maximize the preservation of our family's assets and Bryan did exactly what we agreed to in our first discussion. Couldn't ask for much more, just an honest service and good experience.

I contacted Bryan for some estate planning. After our initial contact I knew I had found an attorney who was a straight shooter and a man who I wanted to do business with. I have since used Bryan's services in a small " dispute" with a particular association in South West Florida. Bryan handled the... situation professionally. He listened to me,understood my situation and acted in accordance to the law to get my matter resolved quickly. His dialogue with me was prompt and timely as events occurred.
