We needed to establish a trust, wills and other documents. I reached out to the lawyer we were using and had a consult with last year. She wouldn’t have been able to see us for at least two months. I looked at other firms and was not having much luck and got the run around from another. We are reside...nts of Port Charlotte so we wanted to stay local. I reached out to Tippen Law Firm to see if there was anyway they could assist as we wanted to complete this prior to going North. Stefanie informed me if we turned all the documents around quickly they could fulfill our needs. She felt the last week in April or 1st week in May at the latest. So as soon as we received the documents my wife and I poured over them and any questions Stefanie was quick to get us answers on. Well I guess in this day and age of people being short staffed and such I was bracing that I would have to stay longer to get this done prior to leaving. Much to my happy surprise they were not only on time but ahead of schedule. We went for the signing process yesterday, Tuesday April 19th. So everything was done ahead of schedule. The team of Tippen Law Firm, Stefanie and Bryan are SOOOOOOOO buttoned up and explained everything on all the legal speak as we went through the docs. Little tabs everywhere where we needed to sign and such. I just simply could not speak anymore highly of them. If I could give higher than a 5* review I would. Anything involving estate planning and/or Wills &Trusts I would ONLY go back to them. Again thank you so very much for the quick turnaround and absolute professionalism that my wife and I experienced. Much appreciated.

*Waste of time and money!* I met with Brian and his wife, the middle of 2018, to prepare estate planning documents for me. After I received the initial documents, I called back with questions. I was told Brian's time was very valuable, he was reluctant to call me back, but he would. I was assured... that my documents could very easily be modified if need be in the future. To sign the final documents, I took time off work, drove to Punta Gorda, and had to wait 30-45; apparently, my time is not valuable! Recently I reached out to them to make a few name changes (a simple word document ‘find and replace’). I was originally told that I would have to drive 3 hours to Punta Gorda (I recently moved to Fort Lauderdale) to sign the new documents and they didn't know how much it would cost because it was a “major” change (again... a simple word document ‘find and replace’). Then Brian left me a lengthy message telling me to Google estate planning and have my paperwork completely redone. They couldn’t help me make the simple word document ‘find and replace’ changes and especially since I had moved to Fort Lauderdale. Apparently, in the day and age of everything being done online, emailed, notarized, scanned, etc.; they will not and cannot accommodate. Now, I have unusable estate planning documents and I have to have everything completely redone. An absolute waste of time and money! I was assured they could make changes for me in the future. Had I known I had to stay within a 15-mile radius of Punt Gorda and/or simple changes would be considered too much; I NEVER would have gone to them.
