My In-laws needed to sell their FL condo. Initially we thought it would be a private sell but the buyers fell through. Juan is also in Real Estate and we hired him. Throughout the listing Juan kept me in the loop since my father-in-law is up in years and mother-in-law was terminal. At least every... 3 weeks he would call or e-mail me just so we knew what the status of the listing was. We didn't have a great amount of time to clean out the condo and he was kind enough to put the final touches and was there every step of the way from offer to closing. Even when the inspection found issues, Juan found contractors that were far less expensive than what the buyer's realtor wanted to hire. There is so much more but you get the idea. Dad plan on giving Juan's contact information to all his friends in Florida when they ask for a realtor or lawyer.
