Estate planning is a general term used to describe your overall plan to govern the control and disposition of your hard-earned resources in the event of disability, incapacity, or death. It’s not enough to just have a will. Attorneys experienced in Estate Planning know this. In addition to discussing types of wills, your lawyer should ask you about your future plans for health care.
