This is a very accurate review of the experience you will receive if he and his "team" represent you: "This place takes your money and does nothing! They take your case and your money and then just sit on it for months... and do nothing! If you call weekly for an update they just get mad and give you some BS excuse as to why things didn't get done. Horrible service, they never call you back and the staff is just absolutely rude! I have never dealt with such unprofessional people! Find another firm if you want your case resolved..." Not an aggressive litigator. He is a settler without concern for his own clients. He will not represent YOU!

Divorce is a difficult time in anyone's life and Matt made the process a little less painful. His calm demeanor and confidence were contagious. I started to believe from meeting one that Matt and I were a team that not only could do this but triumph. He was informative, honest, and replied to me q...uickly whenever I had a question. Fair billing, knows the law and the environment in which he practices, and most of all a great listener. My outcome was very favorable and I have him to thank for that.

I've used attorneys over a dozen times over the past several decades for both personal and business issues. Matt's performance was superior to all. He is smart and knowledgeable. His counsel is valuable on what to do, how and when how to do it. He is very aggressive. On several issues, he c...rushed the opponents tactics. I would not like to face him on the other side. He's far faster than any attorney I've ever worked with. He produced court documents nearly immediately when timing was essential. This is of course vital to the case progress, but also results in lower fees. His charges are fair, less than other attorneys who seem to take (charge) too much time to handle client communications and communications with opposing counsel. I commented once that the time spent by one of his staff on an issue was not very productive in producing results. I wasn't complaining about the charge, sometimes things don't work out as planned. Matt removed the time charged from the bill because the time spent didn't produce the results he expected. Matt, and his staff, are an outstanding team.
