An unimpressive newby.
I worked with Matt and his father in law Sam Assini and their coworker Ginine in the so called Men's Rights Law Firm in Cape Coral. Between the three of them they dragged out my case, milking it for every dime they could. I had no competent representation from the first day in court and felt like I w...

Replied last September 15, 2015As I take my oath of confidentiality very seriously, I will not respond in depth to this review. Suffice to say that almost every statement above is a falsehood. Although I was not this individual's attorney of record, and did not perform personal services on his case, as the managing partner at the firm, I am disappointed to have ANY dissatisfied clients. Unfortunately, some cases do not settle quickly due to difficult circumstances...and require additional time, attention, and litigation. The firm NEVER drags a case out intentionally...the parties to the case, and the court docket, control the length of time before final resolution. In sum, this individual's review is wholly incorrect, and perhaps driven primarily by frustration at his own personal circumstances...which is understandable. My other reviews, and the firm's, speak for themselves.
