I have prosecuted cross-border arbitral and judgment enforcement actions, fraudulent transfer actions, commercial business disputes, complex real estate litigation, fraud claims, bankruptcy avoidance, recovery, dischargeability and discharge actions and many other types of cases. Many of my cases have involved novel and complex legal issues and theories, complicated factual circumstances, difficult procedural, evidentiary and discovery issues and jurisdictional and cross-border conflicts.
