Joe V. is the worst attorney I have ever had contact with in my life. I was railroaded by a couple of officers one from the hwy patrol and a Lee County sherif. They totally made up their story and it was so obvious. Joe V seemed to think so also and told me not to worry. I told him I wouldn't take an...y deals. Joe didn't do his job. I received an anonymous call early one morning saying don't go to your court date today. Nothing else explaining why? Obviously Joe was late filing a motion and I had a warrant issued for my arrest. One day Joe was very upset at something I said about not doing his job. He never went after the obvious like establishing a pattern of lies from everyone involved in my case. Other facts that would have blown the case of the prosecution who were wanting jail time for a DUI because I received one in 1982 when I was a kid. Joe took a deal without my permission and the day before the judge I told him I didn't want a deal. Joe got so angry he screamed at me and my wife. Then took the deal. I spent 21 days in jail without my life saving medications. I was in such trauma I never to this day have gotten back to my happy life. 13,000 dollars for nothing.
