Jeffrey S. Haut has a litigation practice focused on counseling corporate clients, employers, homeowners and homebuyers, contractors, and individuals in Southwest Florida through a broad range of litigation matters. Jeffrey has worked on numerous commercial litigation cases involving breaches of contract, shareholder and partnership disputes, real property and title disputes, construction liens and defects, tortious interference, and trade secret misappropriation. He has also represented clients in litigation arising from wire transfer scams, business email compromise schemes, financial fraud, identity theft, and federal and state data security and privacy laws.
