Biography
Attorney Kelly is well respected by his peers having been elected president of the Quincy (Ma) Bar Association. This lawyer organization has more than 300 members. Dozens of Attorneys have referred cases to Attorney Kelly for Litagation.
Attorney Kelly has had Jury trials in courts located through out Massachusetts and Florida and in the Federal Courts located in both Massachusetts and Florida. He has also argued cases before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and is a member of the United States Supreme Court.
Prior to entering the practice of law Attorney Kelly served on the Boston Police Department as a Police Officer, Detective and Sergeant. This backround has allowed Attorney Kelly to gain unique experiences such as not only challenging Search Warrants as an Attorney but also preparring Seach Warrants as a Detective and Sergeant.
When free from the office Attorney devotes most of his time to his family and to his personal interests such as reading, movies and plays. However, Attorney Kelly's passion is physical fitness he is an avid runner complimented by a weight training regimen.
