Clayton Winter Crevasse

We hired Roetzel & Andress, and were assigned Mr. Crevasse after I was injured. We do not live in Florida, and the injury took place there. We signed a contract and provided all the information, medical records, etc., that he requested. He had a revolving door of people working for him, and each tim...e someone else started, we had to provide it again. After our initial conversation with him, and his assurance that he had just won a settlement for another injured client, we waited. And waited, and waited! We never heard from him; emails to him resulted in no reply; I began to email the assistant of the day. At least she replied. This all began more than 4 years ago. All of a sudden, August 2017, he responds that we may as well forget this because he got no response from the defendant, so therefore, we're done! Now, he said, this was never going to happen, and defended his position on how/why it wasn't. If he was so certain of the outcome, why did he waste 4+ years of our time. Was it because he was striving to become partner and was to busy to help his clients? Who knows, but beware. He's a piece of work. Do not let him represent you, no matter what.
