Melissa and her team (Jenny, Josh and Martha to name a few) really did an AMAZING job with my son's cases. They worked very hard and kept us informed every step of the way. I cannot thank them enough for everything. If you want a team that is going to fight for you this is the team to pick !! 5 STARS... !!!

Where do I even begin? I hired Melissa for my child custody/paternity case, which was the biggest $5,000 mistake of my life. The entire time Melissa represented me, I never felt like she was working for me, as a matter of fact, most days I felt like I was working for her. She even tried to agree with... my ex's attorney to give my ex more timesharing with our daughter, to which he was not capable of having. If you are OK with an attorney NEVER responding to emails and or phone calls, and keeping you in the dark about your case, she is the attorney for you. If you call to speak with Melissa, and she is not in the office, you are going to be charged even though you only spoke with the secretary. Which brings me to my next topic, billing. There were ALWAYS errors on my bills from Melissa. They will charge you for the same service 3 times or more, mine ended up being 800$ in overages, and that was for ONE situation. I would also make payments, and my payments wouldn't be applied to my account. My journey with Melissa ended when I was questioning my bill with Melissa and that's when Melissa "withdrew" herself from my case ONE WEEK before our court date, in which we had been waiting for for a year. MELISSA IS TERRIBLE... and I wouldn't trust her or her staff with my DOG.

I went to Melissa Wilson after making a huge mistake of hiring a lawyer from a different firm. The lawyer from the other firm has screwed up my case so bad that I was afraid I was going to lose everything. I was told of Melissa Wilson from a trusted friend and after careful consideration I met with... her. From the first meeting I was put as ease. She laid out the course of action that would be taken and from the first day she acted. She was filing motions and counter petitions to my ex's attorney and soon had my case back on track. She always made herself readily available to me when I had any questions or concerns about anything. She was so professional in regards to my case that I felt 150% confident. She had my ex's attorney spinning in circles. My ex and her attorney soon decided to settle the case before trail as it would have been very detrimental to their cause to proceed. She was able to get me the custody of my daughter that I was seeking and proper distribution of marital assets that was more than fair to me. If you want an attorney who will fight for your rights and make sure that the other side pays dearly, then be all means hire Melissa Wilson. She is well worth the investment.

I couldn't ask for a better attorney. Ms. Wilson is extremely knowledgeable and AMAZING in the courtroom. She was very responsive to my questions and gives outstanding advice. I can't thank her enough for helping me through this life changing experience. Her staff was polite and supportive of my need...s. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a family law attorney.
