Custody cases and ex spouses can be extremely difficult to say the least. Robert Peddy, Trish Alderman and their staff are amazing and have their heads on right (even when you don't-which can happen in the midst of such emotional chaos). Sometimes you can't see the forest for the trees but, Peddy C...AN! We sometimes couldn't see how things would turn out well many times over because we were attacked with malicious lies and motion after motion of nonsense. Peddy just smiled and said, "here's what we are going to do... what do you think?" He always gave suggestions, asked what we wanted in the end and worked to achieve a well balanced ending EVERY TIME. He is well versed in law, socially engaged and respected by his peers as well as his judicial superiors. Peddy KNOWS family law and that is what you want when you are in the ring... not someone who says they have experience but someone who actually DOES. We wouldn't suggest any other family lawyer to anyone- only Robert Peddy, Jr. We trust him implicitly!

Robert Peddy is the best attorney hands down! His staff is amazing! My case was twisted and complicated filled with lies. He took the time to listen to me. (This was AFTER I used two attorney’s that did not care about my case but most certainly took my money and did absolutely nothing). I was able to... take care of my children and focus on my job while Robert Peddy and his staff took care of my case. If I had a concern, they would take my call and listen, give me an answer or get back with me.
