Mr. Peddy represented me in a family law case. Mr. Peddy was easy to reach for questions. Sarah and Trish returned my emails, usually on the same day. Peddy's firm was able to navigate through rough waters caused by opposing counsel. Opposing counsel never returned emails or telephone calls and did e...verything she could to stall proceedings and control every aspect of the process. I won't mention the counsel's name but it's similar to carcinoma. I was pleased with the outcome of my case. I would retain Mr. Peddy again if needed.

Went in for a modification to an existing 50/50 arrangement. In the process of that, I had to get an emergency pickup order put in place for my 3-year-old. Something that normally takes a week or more to get done, was done in 1 single day. I now have full custody off all 3 of my kids and they made sure to put stipulations in place to help their mom get back on track so she can hopefully at some point get herself re-involved with the kids as well.
