Custody cases and ex spouses can be extremely difficult to say the least. Robert Peddy, Trish Alderman and their staff are amazing and have their heads on right (even when you don't-which can happen in the midst of such emotional chaos). Sometimes you can't see the forest for the trees but, Peddy C...AN! We sometimes couldn't see how things would turn out well many times over because we were attacked with malicious lies and motion after motion of nonsense. Peddy just smiled and said, "here's what we are going to do... what do you think?" He always gave suggestions, asked what we wanted in the end and worked to achieve a well balanced ending EVERY TIME. He is well versed in law, socially engaged and respected by his peers as well as his judicial superiors. Peddy KNOWS family law and that is what you want when you are in the ring... not someone who says they have experience but someone who actually DOES. I hired Robert in the beginning of 2018 to file for a divorce and in hopes of Sole custody which is typically almost impossible.
