In this case, Mr. Morrison has been diligent in communicating with all parties, including the individual who posted this review, about these unavoidable delays. Mr. Morrision does not work for Chad he works for me and I hired him not Chad. Mr. Morrison does not have to talk to Chad. He does not work for Chad I feel it is only fair to acknowledge the efforts of Mr. Morrison and his team, who have been working to ensure the proper administration of the estate in compliance with legal requirements. Please read this before making a decision to hire Matt Morrison. Mr. Morrison is the probate attorney for my deceased father's estate. Six months into the probate process, Mr. Morrison asked that we pay him a lump sum of $100,000 for his services and that he would not submit any further billing. ...We paid the $100,000. A few months later, he asked for an additional $30,000, which was paid to him as well. Now we are 17 months into the probate process and he no longer responds to phone calls and emails. He also refused to send a simple collection letter to a company that owed $30,000 to the estate. I would not recommend him.

To make a long story short, my wife (may she rest in peace) put a pretty serious review. It was a very stressful time and people tend to lash out in the heat of the moment. Matt is a good man and most of what happened was the courts fault. It did take some time to get the job done but it has been han...dled. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Matt again. Thank you sir!!!
