I am from Tampa got myself into a bind, was referred to Mr. Cohen from a family friend. Mr. Cohen was very prompt with answering any questions I had ,which was a ton. He ended up getting me a very fair plea deal and I feel he went above and beyond with a Dmv dispute I had going on , and that worked o...ut in my favor also. He is a very professional attorney and knows the law. God forbid I ever have to retain another attorney for something but I wouldn't hesitate to retain Mr. Cohen again if needed.

Attention CDL Driver, stay away from this attorney. I was assigned to Ms. Cohen by CDL Legal agency to represent me in a citation that I got in Florida Polk County. I had a pictures and video proof of my innocence and it was provided to CDL Legal. CDL Legal assigned my case to Ms Cohen and forwarded... my proof of innocence to Ms. Cohen. Ms Cohen has not updated me with any information until I had to call to check the status. Then it was too late and already done. Without any updates on my case, he already made his decision what to do with my case. To this attorney this means nothing and to a CDL Drivers it's their living, especially if you get a citation by a corrupted Police officer. I wanted him to represent, fight and dismiss my case because he had a 100% proof to do so. This is also one of the corrupted attorneys that don't care about your rights he is just going to do whatever he wants. Afterwards he will try to convince you that it’s not a big of a deal and it’s ok. It makes his work easier not to fight for the truth and do his best ability to work for you. As a translator in the past I had a lot of experience with services provided by different attorneys and this is definitely one of the worst and unprofessional service experienced I had. I would NOT recommend this attorney to anyone.

I regret retaining Mr. Cohen as my private attorney! I felt like I did all the work towards my case, like he waited til the last day to try and get a deal with the state attorney. There was no deal and he said it was the best he could do? I guess so, he had all his money! When I would call his office... there was never an answer and a machine to leave a message on only never to be called back! Only one meeting with him just before my court date to find out there wasn't going to be a deal with the state.. My charge was a felony charge that a first time offender should have been able to have reduced to a misdemeanor with an experienced attorney. I had other attorneys tell me that after the fact. I would not recommend Mr. Lee Cohen as private representation at all! Go see Ron Toward in Bartow Fl. He will cost just a little more but you get what you pay for! Don't make the same mistake I did!
