I regret retaining Mr. Cohen as my private attorney! I felt like I did all the work towards my case, like he waited til the last day to try and get a deal with the state attorney. There was no deal and he said it was the best he could do? I guess so, he had all his money! When I would call his office... there was never an answer and a machine to leave a message on only never to be called back! Only one meeting with him just before my court date to find out there wasn't going to be a deal with the state.. My charge was a felony charge that a first time offender should have been able to have reduced to a misdemeanor with an experienced attorney. I had other attorneys tell me that after the fact.
