When I was looking for the best attorney to handle my reckless driving charge, which is considered as a criminal offense, I was very lucky to find Mr. Lee Cohen. He is a perfect gentleman and a perfect attorney who really know how to give the best legal advice and how to defend his client in court. A...nd he treated me as if I were one of his best personal friends. And I walked out of the court with a clean record, and I admire Lee Adam Cohen for that.

My probation officer violated me on some bogus violations. Once I met with a public defender and was told I was looking at my max prison time I decided to hire an attorney. Every attorney I talked to wanted 5 grand or more to take my case. My fiance contacted Mr. Cohen and explained my situation. Mr.... Cohen went through the allegations and spoke to the state. My biggest concern was on who my state attorney was Big forbid anybody get stuck with that state attorney. Anyways the state wasn't backing down on the prison time by any means. Mr. Cohen tried to get me into court earlier than my scheduled court date but due to the state not wanting to come to a decision nor compromise on anything unfortunately we weren't able to get into court earlier. The state offered me a little over a year of prison which I would of took cause I would of only did around 3-5 months and be home. But Mr. Cohen told the state that that was not going to happen due to the fact I technically really never violated my probation. So Mr. Cohen was able to get me reinstated on my probation when we finally made it to court. He did a lot of work and fought very hard in my defense and even offered his services throughout my whole probation period incase something like this was to happen again. I would RECOMMEND MR. COHEN TO ANYBODY OUT THERE WHO WOULD LIKE A STRONG ATTORNEY ON YOUR DEFENSE WHO ACTUALLY BELIEVES IN HIS CLIENTS ALONG WITH THEIR RIGHTS AND FREEDOM. HE'S ACTUALLY ONE OF THOSE ATTORNEYS OUT OF POLK COUNTY WHO FIGHTS FOR YOU AND NOT AGAINST YOU UNLIKE SOME OF THESE PAID ATTORNEYS WHO ARE IN THE STATES POCKETS AND PAYROLL. THANK YOU MR. COHEN FOR BELIEVING IN ME AND DOING THE GREAT JOB THAT YOU DID. I WOULD DEFINITELY REHIRE MR. COHEN FOR ANYTHING THAT MAY HAPPEN IN THE FUTURE.

Attention CDL Driver, stay away from this attorney. I was assigned to Ms. Cohen by CDL Legal agency to represent me in a citation that I got in Florida Polk County. I had a pictures and video proof of my innocence and it was provided to CDL Legal. CDL Legal assigned my case to Ms Cohen and forwarded... my proof of innocence to Ms. Cohen. Ms Cohen has not updated me with any information until I had to call to check the status. Then it was too late and already done. Without any updates on my case, he already made his decision what to do with my case. To this attorney this means nothing and to a CDL Drivers it's their living, especially if you get a citation by a corrupted Police officer. I wanted him to represent, fight and dismiss my case because he had a 100% proof to do so. This is also one of the corrupted attorneys that don't care about your rights he is just going to do whatever he wants. Afterwards he will try to convince you that it’s not a big of a deal and it’s ok. It makes his work easier not to fight for the truth and do his best ability to work for you. As a translator in the past I had a lot of experience with services provided by different attorneys and this is definitely one of the worst and unprofessional service experienced I had. I would NOT recommend this attorney to anyone.

Mr. Cohen gave me little more for the thousands of dollars that I spent on him than I would have gotten using a public defender. He never seemed to care about me or my case and was a hassle every step of the way. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy and implore you to look harder and pay a litt...le more for an attorney that will actually help you. Don't make the mistake that I made. Update: He has now tried to get various honest reviews I have left deleted off of review sites. Pretty despicable.
