didn't do much after case and started extorting
so basically I ended with the wrong charge for nothing fast forward my sister starts recommending him through reviews. I went with Mr. Grajek and immediately he assumes I am guilty(not true, I will clown the plaintiff). so everything starts rocky which is understandable as he doesn't know me or him....

Replied last May 06, 2025This review is not from an actual client. I never assume anyone is guilty. If I did, no one would retain me as an attorney. The review seems strange also because there is no "Plaintiff" in a criminal case. The Prosecutor serves as the Plaintiff and there is a victim. I also would not send an email to someone telling them to be quiet. I have won cases with guns, but did not represent anyone with this factual pattern in 2024. Replied last October 04, 2018This person called and based on the facts of his case, I gave him an honest opinion. His case is still pending so if another lawyer "guaranteed" him a result, that "guarantee" is against Florida Bar Rules. Attorneys are not allowed to give guarantees. The attorneys are "assuming" he can get a hardship license. His case has not been resolved yet and he does not know whether he will get a jail sentence. I am honest with people and the penalties they are facing and told him that up front. I did not even quote him a fee based on the judge and his circumstances. I am not attorney that will tell you what you want to hear just to get your business. i give honest and truthful answers so my clients know what to expect in court.
