Deborah Annette Carroll

Deborah was my attorney for about a year and a half for a pretty ugly custody dispute. Having hired other attorneys for other matters through the years I can say that she exceeded any expectation I could have had. Which, actually was bad for a criminal attorney that I had to hire after working with D...eborah. She became the standard to hold other attorneys to, which is a very high standard. She has a phenomenal understanding of the law, which is understandable with her years of experience. For me what set her apart from the others was her communication, her availability, how deep she put herself into my case, and most of all, her conduct in the courtroom. I guess I'll put it this way, she's the lawyer you want in your corner, and the nightmare if you see her in the other parties corner. One of the reviews I read about her when I was researching the best attorney to hire made a mention about how she aggressively fights for her clients. I could not have said it better, she will lay it all on the line for you and is phenomenal in trial situations. She fights hard and ethically and from what I seen is very respected around the courthouse. Just beware though, if you hire her, then down the road find yourself in the need of another attorney for whatever reason, you will be like me saying "well Deborah did it better" like 1000 times. I know polk county is big, and there are family law attorneys on every corner now it seems. If your case matters to you, which I am sure it does or you wouldn't be here reading this, THIS is the attorney you need. Your search is done, hire her, and you don't even need to thank me later, you can thank her, she's the one who is amazing at her job and the one who deserves your business. If you are going through a family law issue and you see the other party retain her, well, to put it kindly, I would not want to be in your shoes. If you do decide to retain her, and you are naturally extremely stressed because family law cases are so important, take a deep breath, you are in very good competent hands. 10/10, best attorney ive ever hired, and sadly, I've hired my fair share.
