Personable, Knowledgeable, Persistent, Successful!

When our insurance company rejected our claim for damages we called a few lawyers and Jason was the only one to respond. After the initial phone conversation he felt we had a valid claim. He collected all the information needed via phone, email and in person. He kept us current on all developments;... assured us when were skeptical of procedures and nervous about depositions; was confident in his knowledge of the law in this case and negotiated a substantial final settlement after 2 years and a few lower offers. He was always professional, supportive and communicative. We would recommend Jason for assistance with your insurance claims.

Shifflett v Citizens

When i was denied for a claim from Citizens Insurance Co. for damages to my home, Herman and Wells, P.A. refused to settle for the small 4 figure sum that they were offering during mediation. Instead, We went to trial by jury. Needless to say, the jury came back in our favor resulting in a 6 figure s...um witch was enough for repairs and to pay off my mortgage, and buy a new vehicle. Very knowledgeable, Very experienced, Excellent trial attorneys. Thanks Jason and Cliff for my future.

Smart..patient.On His Game!!!!

Believe it or not I found Jason on the internet...I needed an insurance lawyer and didnt know one. After speaking with him...he was the only one that called me back in a few minutes I decided to hire him. I wished for the best but figured the worse, but I was PLEASANTLY surprised. He was pleasant, ...patient but on his game. Hes a strong lawyer and after Travelers turned me down on my insurance claim of 9K, he fought them and got me 22K. Silly Travelers!!!! I think Insurance companies just turn down claims thinking that people wont fight them and hoping people will just go away...but between myself and Jason Herman they had an enlightening::)) Whats right is right and Jason fought for the right thing. Thank you Jason Herman::))

Chose the right Attorney to fight my battle!
