JEFFREY JAMES DAMONTE is an associate lawyer with the firm. He is a graduate of Emory University’s Goizueta Business School where he earned a B.B.A. in Finance. He is also a graduate of the Florida State University College of Law where he earned his J.D. He is licensed to practice law in in both Florida and Pennsylvania and is a member of the Clearwater, St. Petersburg and Pinellas Mid-County Bar Associations.
Jeff is admitted to Federal Practice in the historic United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania; one of the original 13 districts created by the Judiciary Act of 1789. Jeff has been appointed multiple times to serve as an arbitrator in Pennsylvania deciding civil cases.
Prior to practicing law, Jeff worked at the St. Petersburg Headquarters of Raymond James Financial. He practices in the areas of real estate, community associations, probate and personal injury law.
