Run

Mr. Pingor was my regional council 10 years ago. He was horrible then. I did a program so I wouldn't go to prison after I completed it, he told me they ran out of funding so I went to prison. Now 10 years later I was assigned him again. Same repeat. No contact with him, the day I called him to disc...uss my case he tried to get me to take a plea deal I wouldn't so he hung up on me. Very rude disrespectful and flat out do not care what so ever . You will have a better chance fighting for yourself. Run from this man

**RUDE, Arrogant and Extremely Unprofessional**

I received a flyer in the mail from Brian after I was taken in on a warrant. Initially I was impressed by his credentials and experience so I called his office for a consult. However, before I spoke with him I did some research and saw SOOOOOOO many TERRIBLE reviews that I was hesitant to speak wi...th him but I still kept an open mind. **DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY** I highly suggest that you run. He is VERY unprofessional, rude and arrogant and I do not take using those words to describe someone very lightly. After speaking with him for 20 minutes I felt so insulted and my hands were shaking. Find literally anybody else.. this guy isn't going to give you the time of day or the attention that your case deserves.

I do not recommend him to anyone

I hired him on behalf of my friend in which I had Power of Attorney over. He talked very professional and promising as if we had many options. However, once he was paid he did not even recognize our name without his file. My friend sat in jail over a year while Brian kept rescheduling. In the end, he... wanted us to side with the state and did nothing additional. We could have went with the free PD for that type of service. There were multiple occasions where after speaking with him I would follow up his answers with the clerk of court and find that he did not even answer my questions correctly. I wish I read the reviews first.

Unprofessional lawyer

My experiences with this lawyer has been terrible his lack of communication is the main issue ,he also carry himself in a professional manner I was appointed him by the court through Regional Council he mentioned several times how he could have been getting paid $10,000 to be representing me! Brian ...pingor lacked giving my case the attention that it needed he rushed me off of our telephone conversations and he rushed me out of his office I never felt like I knew what was going on with my case until I talk to the judge on the court date he needs to be investigated and looked at there needs to be a new supervisor for the Regional Council because he is unprofessional

Sells you an attorney, you get a receptionist

Apathetic to say the least. I chose this attorney because of his excited attitude on the phone. Long story short I was waiting in my car for my ride to come and get me, and the fact that I had been sitting outside waiting on them caused him to say "Oh that's an easy one! You paid the tab at 1100 and ...the cop found you in the parking lot after midnight shows you weren't going to drive anywhere". So that, and researching him on FB made me think he was the guy for me. Boy was I wrong. He put off the PTC for 7 months. I thought it was gathering info, doing paperwork stuff etc. In fact, the letter he was to send to the state that said I was waiting on my cousin never got sent. I asked for copies of the letter, asked if I should send the letter, asked what info was needed from me for the letter.....all I ever got was that "Brian will take care of that". Being that he never asked me for the name of the person coming to get me (information he said he would NEED for the letter) it's safe to assume it never got sent. As of today (almost 8 months after my DUI arrest) I've still received no copies of the letter. Also, I spoke to this guy ONE TIME before my case. Kelly the receptionist was the only helpful person there. He basically blew smoke up my behind and acted like he was doing something when in fact there was NOTHING GOING ON. My attorney friend said likely he kept postponing the PTC so that he could line a few clients up for one day. Who knows... On the date of my ptc, 7 months after my arrest, he showed up late to the courthouse and walked right by me and proceeded to talk with the bailiff guys. Basically ignored me. By the time he finished talking with them he got a plea agreement and told me we were gonna just "get it all done today" like we were going to ask for some kind of break. Basically the guy had me sign a form that plead me guilty...basically there was no need whatsoever for me having an attorney. I could just as easily have plead guilty from day one and LITERALLY been done with my suspension! I thought what we were doing was getting adjudication withheld but that wasn't the case. Long story short, I am speaking to a local attorney and will file a complaint with the BAR. DO NOT use this guy as an attorney. He is terrible and in my case did absolutely none of the things he said he would.
