Mark Andrew Ossian

I have been working with Mark for three years now. From the start he and his staff treated me with nothing but kindness and have a sincere interest in my story and everything that led me to him. He supported me through some of the darkest moments of my life not once judging but guiding as a beloved ...coach or mentor would and in fact this is how I think of Mr. Ossian today. Mr. Ossian was one of the attorneys I consulted with. He is very experienced, and knows the Judges well. He gave me honest advice and put my frustrating situation in perspective both legally and emotionally. He took the time to ask questions about my past litigation and family dynamics to get a sens...e of what was going on to advise me accordingly. His questioning/ speaking style was as if we were in court and that is a good thing. I got a sense of how he would be in action. That is who you want to be representing you especially if the other party is difficult and your case is high conflict. I would trust him 100% in my case.

Does all the talking to a point it's ridiculous and time wasting. I have a complex situation that requires careful understanding that Mr. Ossian proved incapable of performing. He talks to you like you are on trial, in such a way that he tries to "figure out" the "real truth," instead of allowing you... to explain it, implicating you as lying/deceitful/stupid. He corrects your speech, as if you are not going before a judge. This was a consultation, mind you. He told me he wanted to "shake me" when I told him my situation which is just inappropriate and weird for a man to tell another man. I would prefer my attorney not get his emotions involved. How can I be confident he would defend my situation without sabotaging my case? Offered to charge $350/hr. Minimum $3500.
