Biography
Born in Dunedin, Florida, and lifelong Pinellas County resident, Mr. Ossian graduated Cum Laude from the University of South Florida in May 1982, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Florida in August 1986. While in law school, Mr. Ossian was a member of the University of Florida Law Review and served as the Senior Management Editor in his third year. Mr. Ossian is Board Certified in Marital and Family Law. In addition to being a licensed attorney, Mr. Ossian is also licensed in Florida as a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Family Mediator. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, the United States Tax Court and the United States Court of Claims. Mr. Ossian’s areas of practice include family law, personal injury, all aspects of civil litigation, probate/estate, and corporate/business transactions.
