I hired this individual over the phone and made the payment upfront. When I visited his office in person, I immediately regretted my decision. It was unprofessional to see him biting his nails in front of clients. I explained my situation clearly, and he was tasked with preparing a simple Amended Mot...ion — what he delivered was poorly written, and honestly, I could have done a better job myself. To make matters worse, he later told me he didn’t think I would win. I strongly advise avoiding this person.

Took my case, and never heard from him again until the court. Called alot and they'd say he'd get back with me. I showed up to court not knowing if he would. Judge kept asking me if I heard from him, and I said no. The judge finally put my case last. I was sitting there waiting for over 2.5 hour...s wondering if he was going to show. When he did arrive said he was in another hearing. Didn't remember my case and asked ME what my case was about. Bill asked for a continuance. I fired him. Asked for my money back and he said he'd get back to me later and never did. I'm out $2500 and had to hire a new attorney.

Within the last 8 years I've received 2 DWSL charges and was facing possible jail time on each charge. He was able to help me receive nothing more than fines. He keeps you in the loop with any developments and tells you everything up front including what you could be facing, what the likely hood of e...ach could be, and the time frame needed for each of court case. Also, with his experience, at least in Hillsborough County, he is familiar with many Prosecutors and Judges. I would definitely use him in any driving case.

Mr. Ignatuck was my attorney for a probation violation involving alcohol and driving. It was a case where I faced prison time at maximum, jail and probation at minimum. He filed all of the necessary paperwork, visited me in jail, appeared at the hearings, got an evaluation for me to the DACCO treat...ment program, and his fee was reasonable. As suggestions to improve his service: He should have been more responsive to phone calls before trial and should have been more aggressive in defending me when the DA and judge made some incorrect statements about my history, but I admit that things moved fast in my 15 minutes before the judge. (I never asked him how much experience he had in defending DUIs.) The sentence I received was some jail time, probation, the PERC program (which I found out about and asked for while incarcerated) and a mandatory alcohol monitor. It was a combination of my lawyer's work, the PERC program and my wife's research into alternative sentencing options that helped me out.
