I was involved in a hearing for an injunction in which I was the respondent from false allegations. Mary Katherine came highly recommended and did not disappoint. I originally called and asked some legal questions based on a situation that happened. MK gave me the answers that I wanted to hear a thorough explanation of the process legal expectations and gave me a timeline that everything would happen and how it could or would happen this made me feel extremely... comfortable and confident in hiring her as my lawyer and having her represent me, therefore I would do it again if I needed to hire a lawyer, I would use her or her law firm. She was always emailing me ,calling me and staying in contact with me to let me know everything that was going on and it made the process easy, simple and less stress when I needed the most help possible.

I recently had a civil matter that was fraudulently filed against me by my neighbors. Those feelings were verified upon her making a motion for dismissal before the hearing for the criteria not being met to even meet the alleged allegations requirements for that law. The judge not only agreed and dismissed it, but I got something I had never seen in any courtroom, a direct apology from the judge for the whole situation.
