I recently had a civil matter that was fraudulently filed against me by my neighbors. While I knew the allegations were completely false absolutely no evidence to substantiate the claims, you can never be too careful in these situations given court can be quite unpredictable. I knew I wanted legal re...presentation, but to be honest I was quite overwhelmed with the process of finding the right lawyer to represent me. Unfortunately, I have heard and seen horror stories of close friends utilizing legal representation that looked the part but ended up being horrible in every way (i.e. professionalism, preparedness, etc..). Ms. Bleckley came highly recommended by a few people who I know take their vetting process very seriously. I reached out to Ms. Bleckley and after briefly talking to her knew she was the exact type of lawyer I would want to represent me and hired her on the spot. Her professionalism was astounding, and she made sure that I was informed and included throughout the entire process to leave no stone unturned. She even provided incredible insight into things I didn't even see when I told her my situation. She was an absolute rockstar from her incredible communication/availability to address any and all concerns I had to her vast knowledge of the law especially the intricacies (i.e. specific criteria within statutes) within those laws that most 25+ year lawyers would overlook. And when the day finally came when I had to appear in court, I was extremely comfortable and confident about how the outcome would turn out. Those feelings were verified upon her making a motion for dismissal before the hearing for the criteria not being met to even meet the alleged allegations requirements for that law. The judge not only agreed and dismissed it, but I got something I had never seen in any courtroom, a direct apology from the judge for the whole situation.
