I recently had a civil matter that was fraudulently filed against me by my neighbors. While I knew the allegations were completely false absolutely no evidence to substantiate the claims, you can never be too careful in these situations given court can be quite unpredictable. The judge not only agreed and dismissed it, but I got something I had never seen in any courtroom, a direct apology from the judge for the whole situation.
