Needs to try to have just a little compassion for his paying customers
Mr. Weller would not do what I asked. I suggested to him to try to convert my chapter 13 to a chapter 7 because of my change in my financial situation. His reply was pretty much that can't happen. I elected to terminate Mr. Weller and go with another lawyer. My new lawyer converted my chapter 13 to ...

Unprofessional and Unreliable
Jay Weller is VERY unprofessional and unreliable. He stood me up on 2 separate appointments and then when I asked for my deposit back due to the situation, his incompetent staff refused. They did nothing but waste 2 of my Saturday mornings and then kept my hard earned money. I chose another attorn...
