Biography
I am the founding attorney of The Manderscheid Law Firm in St. Pete, Florida, and I exclusively practice criminal defense. I have lived in Pinellas County for my entire life. I attended college at the University of Florida and then graduated magna cum laude from Stetson University College of Law, in Gulfport, Florida.
After passing the bar I became a Prosecutor in Pinellas County. At the state attorney's office I handled thousands of criminal cases ranging from simple misdemeanors, including DUI, to drug charges and violent felonies such as murder.
I was inspired to practice criminal law by my father, James F. Manderscheid, who was a criminal defense attorney in Pinellas County for 40 years.
I am admitted to all state and federal courts in the State of Florida.

Case Dismissed
