Incompetent at questioning witnesses. Did not follow through on numerous important issues which should be second nature to a competent attorney. - like filing evidence and exhibits for trial. Filed motions but never set hearings on them which I have learned makes them useless. You have to actually h...ave your motions heard. Delayed the case for years. Always on vacation. Went against my wishes on several important matters. I have accomplished more pro se than she ever did in less time. If you love your child, do not use her!!!!! I could go on forever but this is enough to warn you. You will lose your case if you use her. And she will charge you also to lose and lose badly.

I love Mrs. Sweet and her offices. No she wasn't always available but always responded in a timely manor, in such emergencies as I needed her guidance she made herself available for me. She was always willing to explain everything in great detail. I knew what I wanted she explained my rights what was... going to happen in the course of my court proceedings. I had her for a little over 3 years she never gave up on me. Always explained why things were the way they were. She has in the 6 months since final hearing explained aspects if my parenting plan that eluded my comprehension. She NEVER acted in a major that was against my best interest or my son's. She guided me through a heartbreaking time when I was vulnerable and since final hearing my son's life is better now. I'm so glad I chose her to represent me my son's father made things hard but she never backed down or folded and we made it through with an agreement that I'm completely beyond happy with! She will do more than represent you but your child and she does so with such passion! Retaining her will be the best thing for your case.
