Mark is very pleasant to work with. He was able to convince the judge to have a mediation. This mediation was offered to me before at not cost. This was before Mark got in the picture. But when I looked at the documents later, I noticed a $750 charge, and because I saw a charge, I cancelled the media...tion, but they still kept the charge on there. So go figure! Free = $750 This charge should never be there in the first place since the mediation was at no cost. Mark takes his time to explain things in details to you, and advises you on what to do, but leaves it still up to you what you decide. When you speak with him, you feel like he really cares.
