M Donald Reddish

First as a Certified Public Accountant and now as an attorney, I have seen firsthand the devastating costs resulting from a lack of proper estate planning which include probate costs, nursing home costs, and litigation among family members. I have dedicated my legal practice to helping my clients throughout Clearwater, Tampa, Tarpon Springs, Palm Harbor, Dunedin and the surrounding areas plan to avoid the costs and difficulties associated with incapacity and death by providing quality Will and Trust Planning, Medicaid Crisis Planning and Probate &Trust Administration.

Donald Reddish is the founder of the Reddish Law Firm. Mr. Reddish practices in the elder law related areas of Medicaid planning, asset protection, wills and trusts, probate and trust administration, and probate and trust litigation. 

Mr. Reddish received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida in 1984. After a short internship, he continued his studies at the University of Florida and received his Masters from the University of Florida’s Graduate School in 1986. He then practiced as a Florida Certified Public Accountant for almost ten years before attending law school at Florida State University’s College of Law, and in 1997 he received his Juris Doctorate graduating in the top 10% of his law class.

Mr. Reddish is a member of the Florida Bar, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar.
