Mr. Dalan has been board certified by the Florida Bar in Civil Trial Practice since 1994. He has also received the highest rating, AV, by Martindale-Hubell for the last 15 years.
Mr. Dalan is a member of the Florida (1981) and Ilinois (1984) Bars. He is licensed to practice in Federal Court in the Middle District of Florida, The Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Dalan has been certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil Mediator since 1991 and he is also a certified mediator in Federal Court in the Middle District of Florida as well as a Florida Certified Family and Appellate Mediator. He provides a variety of mediation and arbitration services in addition to litigation services. He is Florida qualified arbitrator.
Mr. Dalan provides litigation services in a variety of complex areas including contruction litigation, lead paint exposure, asbestos exposure, wrongful death, complex insurance coverage litigation, and products liability claims. He also litigates automobile negligence claims, as well as uninsured and underinsured motorist claims.
