Probate Attorney

Michael is a amazing attorney and just awesome person in general, he with no hesitation took our case in even with its complicated circumstances. Throughout the case he kept us updated on what was going on and explained things in a way we could understand. Any time a choice had to be made he always l...ooked for our best interest in mind rather then his own. If you need an attorney you won’t find one better!

Prompt, conversational, and decisive in short order

From my first telephone call through Michael's review of my questions about SII benefits and rules, Amanda and then Michael put me at ease, without legalese, telephone transfers, or any waiting at all. As a former paralegal and now as a first time caller, I knew I had contacted a well run law firm. ... Law offices can be well-run.

Aunt's Estate

After meeting with the attorney we hired him to handle a number of items for us. My mother's Medicaid, dad's trust and my wife's estate. Everything was handled accurately and in a timely fashion.

Excellent Service

Michael handle my fathers estate and financial affairs. Couldn’t have asked for someone with more knowledge and concern for what was best for our family. Best assistant ever. Eva was always there for me to answer any and all questions. No questions left unanswered.

Attorney Michael Heider and his staff are knowledgeable, responsive, and patient with the many inevitable questions a family has, especially at the beginning of the estate planning process.
