Knowledgeable. Responsive. Patient and Generous with his time.

Attorney Michael Heider and his staff are knowledgeable, responsive, and patient with the many inevitable questions a family has, especially at the beginning of the estate planning process. Attorney Heider and his staff worked with me on my parent's comprehensive estate plan which included navigating... medicaid, I highly recommend his services.

First Rate!

My family was referred to Michael Heider and his staff in late August 2014 regarding detailed legal analysis and instruction on how to proceed quickly with estate planning for my parents. Both were residing unexpectedly at the same Nursing Home. Given the unique nature of the situation, and adminis...trative deadlines, he and his staff...particularly Samantha Craddock, were able to respond swiftly to my myriad number of questions - often on a daily basis, from August through my father's passing on 7 November 2014. All issues were crisply and professionally addressed. They were patient and supportive beyond all expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael Heider and his team to anyone - superlative service at an unbelievably low fee!

Great Estate Attorney!

Mr. Heider helped me with a living will and some other legal matters. He made the entire process very easy. Mr. Heider was very knowledgeable and opened up my eyes to things I never thought about to help protect my family's assets. He is client focused and responded promptly to all of my email que...stions. Even though my questions may have been trivial he took the time to make me feel important. I'm so glad I chose Mr. Heider and I would highly recommend him for all of your estate and asset preservation needs.

Great estate planning attorney

Michael is a very professional and responsive lawyer. He made sure to walk me through every step of the estate planning process and was very understanding and patient. I highly recommend him.

Excellent Service!

Mr. Heider helped my parents with their estate planning documents, and was very kind and helpful after they passed. His office staff is very courteous and professional. Highly recommended.
