Kathleen Margaret Callaghan

I responded to a solicitation I received in the mail from Ms. Callaghan. Initially, she was very helpful and responsive, but it did not last. She was unresponsive to emails and calls during critical points in my case. During the hearing, Ms. Callaghan said very little in my defense and had prior to ...the hearing had suggested that I say very little as well. I had to speak up in order for the judge to understand my position. Ms. Callaghan presents as very knowledgeable with good people skills, but her ability as a lawyer is damaged by her actions. I do believe she is a very intelligent person, but is out of balance with concern for her clients vs concern for financial gain..
