KEPT A PORTION OF EARNEST MONEY FOR HIMSELF!

David Griffin held my $1000 earnest money for a real estate purchase contingent on my getting a mortgage. Mortgage was denied and David Griffin sent me $750.00 back, claiming $250 of my earnest money for work he had done on behalf of the SELLER. Unethical
